Terms & Conditions
1. Court Usage

Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled game.
-
No entry is permitted without a confirmed booking or membership.
-
A maximum of 4 players per court is allowed.
2. Attire & Equipment
-
Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required.
-
Only padel-specific rackets and balls are allowed on the court.
-
Rental equipment must be returned in good condition.
3. Safety & Conduct
-
No running outside the court or engaging in unsafe behaviour.
-
Do not intentionally or forcefully strike the glass walls.
-
Any injuries must be reported to staff immediately.
4. Court Rules
-
Respect the booking time limits; all games must end on schedule.
-
No food or chewing gum is allowed inside the court.
-
Only water bottles are permitted in the playing area.
5. Player Etiquette
-
Players are expected to always show good sportsmanship.
-
Keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing others.
-
Always respect staff instructions and other players’ bookings.
6. Booking & Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
-
No-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.
-
Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime.
7. Facility Care
-
Do not lean on or hang from the net.
-
Avoid hitting balls against structures outside the court.
-
Dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
8. Liability
-
The facility is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
-
Players use the court at their own risk.
9. Staff Authority
-
Management reserves the right to remove anyone violating these rules.
-
Any intentional damages will be charged to the responsible individual.
